√ Waiver: In consideration of the acceptance of this registration, I waive all claims for myself and my heir against Draft-ME LLC (the hosting entity), Charles Lee (the organizer), Draft-ME's staff, volunteers, or Adventist Healthcare Fieldhouse (the site) for any injuries or ILLNESSES which may result directly or indirectly from my participation. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for this event and a qualified medical person has not advised me otherwise. If the participant is not me, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant and will waive the rights for him/her. Furthermore, due to COVID-19, all participants are expected to adhere the guidelines set by Draft-Me LLC, Montgomery County, and CDC. Draft-ME LLC reserve the rights to add additional restrictions.
